After five years of studying metabolic health and diabetes research, I'm finally ready to start sharing what I've learned. But let me be honest right up front: This site is brand new, and there's much more to come.
Why Launch Now?
For over five years, I've been collecting research, taking notes, and learning everything I can about low-carb, keto, fasting, and diabetes management. I've got folders full of studies, links, and insights. But turning all that raw information into clear, readable articles takes time - a lot of time.
I could have waited until everything was perfect and complete. But why should you wait for the knowledge that's already ready to share?
What You'll Find Here Now
Currently available: - Basic information about keto lifestyle for type 1, type 2 and for weight loss. - My personal results with type 1 diabetes - Practical guides for getting started - Important warnings about medication and keto (please read this!) - Links to some of the best resources I've found
Still in the works: - In-depth research reviews - Much more on how our metabolic system works, and how it affects everything. - More about fasting and meal timing - More case studies and experiences - How to create lasting changes
What to Expect
Over the coming months, I'll be adding: - Research articles translated into everyday language - Practical how-to guides - Book and resource reviews - Critical looks at official dietary guidelines - Deep dives into type 2 remission - More on insulin, inflammation, and metabolic health
It takes time to go through years of notes, verify sources, and write articles that are both accurate and approachable. But I promise it'll be worth the wait.
I Need Your Feedback
Here's the thing - I really want to hear from you.
This site is meant to serve you, and I want to get it right. So please tell me:
- Is the content helpful? What questions aren't being answered?
- How's the site structure? Easy to navigate, or confusing?
- What about the look and feel? Does it work for you?
- Is the tone right? Too scientific? Too casual? Just right?
- The balance between research and readability - am I hitting it, or missing the mark?
Your input will directly shape how this site develops. Don't hold back - honest feedback is the most valuable thing you can give me right now.
Stay Connected
Sign up for the newsletter to get notified when new content is ready. I won't spam you - just updates when there's something substantial to read.
You can also: - Bookmark the site and check back regularly - Send me your thoughts and questions - Let me know what topics you'd most like to see covered
My Mission
My goal is simple: Make solid, research-based knowledge about metabolic health accessible to everyone.
I believe knowledge is the best patient protection. The more we understand about our bodies, diabetes, and what research actually shows (not what headlines claim it shows), the better decisions we can make.
A Note About Language
The Danish version is coming soon. I'm launching in English first, but I'm working on translating and adapting everything for Danish readers. If you'd like to be notified when the Danish site launches, sign up for the newsletter.
Thank You for Being Here Early
Yes, the site is new. Yes, there's a lot more content coming. But every week I'm working to add valuable information based on the research I've gathered over the years.
Thanks for joining me at the beginning of this journey. I look forward to sharing what I've learned with you.
Nothing I write here is medical advice. I'm sharing research and personal experience. Always talk to your doctor before making significant changes to diet or medication. Please read Important Safety Information: Starting Keto with Medications before starting.
